2. Come N Try: Group Booking fee $250 with $100 deposit as part of the $250. Subject to availability. Club league updates, interclub event for next year are now from $20 to $25
3. Policies: Safety policy, injury report form not available. Melissa to revisit layout. Injury report book to be purchased or download from St Johns website. Smoking policy no sign available need to purchase NO SMOKING sign Update policies every 3 years. Medical/Drug. No drugs to be consumed at club. No exceptions or police will be called. Alcohol: No consumption of alcohol at club nor should anyone use a bow after having consumed alcohol. A review of policies next year then move to 3year. SCAC Child Protection Officer email has been changed to club email
